I am a qualified Therapist in behaviour change, with over 16 years experience offering private therapy and working alongside the NHS and numerous national charities. 

  I have successfully completed the relevant education, examinations, and training to become an accredited professional, certified with a UK regulated professional body.

The three main approaches are psychodynamic, humanistic and behavioural.  The therapeutic approach is tailored to the client’s needs, identified and agreed upon during initial consultation.

 Guided talking therapy is based upon establishing rapport and trust, involving active listening, empathy, and acceptance, within professional boundaries and a non-judgemental environment.
