Identifying your personal strengths will provide the foundation of this therapy, and will form the basis on which personal goals will be developed. You will set your own SMART goals as part of the therapy enabling you to gradually regain your self esteem, as you celebrate your achievements. Smart goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
